Fennec can play/decode nearly 30 built-in formats (inc. ogg, mp3, aac, m4a, wav, wma, aiff…) and convert into nearly 25 built-in formats, and many other features.
What’s New in This Release:
· New icon pack (icons.dll) with Vista icons, 8 icons separated for almost all the available decoders
· Musepack codec (decoder for now)
· Multichannel audio conversion into Vorbis and sound file formats which support multichannel coding
· Multichannel audio playback
· Media Library
· AAC/MP4/"Sound File" input - 64-bit floating point
· Vorbis input - 32-bit floating point
· Now supports: 8 (Signed/Unsigned)/16/24/32/64*/32 floating point/64* floating point bit depths. * - Currently not supported by DirectX/Sound Cards. (Direct Sound output only)
· New equalizer with multichannel/internal parametric features
· 64-bit floating point internal audio processing
· Direct Sound output plugin with multichannel output
· Context menu item (Shell)
· Module playback (midi/mod…)
· Extra Bass effect
· Updated external skin: "skin - player"… [ ]
